张小玲个人简历

张小玲，医学博士，主治医师。现为深圳市儿童医院血液肿瘤科临床医师。从事儿童血液/肿瘤方面的医疗、科研、教学工作近10年。2004-2006年硕士研究生期间开展了《小檗碱增强TRAIL诱导白血病细胞凋亡机制研究》，并参与课题《儿童难治性急性淋巴细胞性白血病基因调控和分子研究》（国家自然科学基金资助项目，批准号39970778）。2007-2009博士期间从事《小檗碱诱导难治性ALL细胞凋亡的信号途径研究》，期间2007年10月－2009年10月受国家留学基金委资助，作为交流访问学者到美国Emory University医学院儿科血液肿瘤及骨髓移植实验室进修学习，从事小檗碱与儿童耐药型白血病耐药及癌基因MDM2方面的研究。期间发现：小檗碱可特异性抑制白血病细胞MDM2表达，研究成果已发表在2010年《Cancer Research》上（影响因子7.543）。2008年12月申请者在《Blood》上发表摘要：“Berberine Induces Apoptosis in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Cells through Downregulation of the MDM2 Oncoprotein”。（Blood (ASH Annual Meeting Abstracts) 2008 112: Abstract 1628）。 2009年10月回国，并取得儿科医学博士学位，论文名称：《小檗碱对儿童肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡的影响及其分子机制研究》，导师：胡群 教授（华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院儿科），Muxiang Zhou 教授（Emory University医学院儿科）。2012年主持一项国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目。研究题目：小檗碱在儿童难治性急性淋巴细胞白血病靶向治疗中的作用机制研究。项目编号：81100357。2012/01-2014/12。
